I created this course for someone like you who wants to learn Pilates but doesn't know where to start. In these 8 weeks, we will go through all the basics of Pilates so that by the end, you will have a strong foundation and feel confident in your practice.

16 LIVESTREAM CLASSES

8 weeks of twice-weekly, one-hour classes. Tuesday/Thursday at 10:30AM

ON-DEMAND LIBRARY

On-demand library: over 50 follow-along videos. You will have access to the library for 6 months.($170 value)

I'M SHARON

Most people would describe me as a mother, wife, and small business owner who is obsessed with Pilates. I live in BC, Canada with my family of three and dog Harper. For over 17 years, I've been teaching Pilates. I'm a certified Classical Pilates instructor, yoga teacher, and mobility specialist who continues to study through workshops and master classes regularly. When I'm not at the studio, you'll find me hiking with my dogs or learning to cook and bake from scratch!
