What if I have never tried Pilates before?
Parsons Pilates is excellent for those with beginner, intermediate, and advanced Pilates experience. When you join, you’ll also get exclusive access to the Pilates 101, and 102 course — We have created 12 classes to practice and learn all the pre-pilates exercises and skills
