The Intro Foundations Mini Course is designed for people who are new to Pilates and want a fun way to get started. This program will give you the foundation needed in order to progress into more advanced classes.
Classes include warm ups, core work, floor work, standing work and cool downs.

All exercises can be done at home with minimal equipment (a mat or towel).
