I’m a small-town Canadian Pilates instructor, mama, wife, and lover of all things movement. I've been keepin' it real since 1985.

I did my first online pilates class ever and loved it! Sharon was so informative and provided not only exact instructions on how to do the exercises correctly, she bridged the poses from easier ones so you could first isolate the right muscle groups before increasing the difficulty level. This also provided a modified pose if needed. Awesome class and during this time of physical distancing it was exactly what I was looking for to stay mobile. Highly recommend the classes!
This challenge was great. Sharon provides feedback during the class as she actually watches us in the screens. Very motivational and remind us we all need to start somewhere and not to expect perfection to start
