S - Spine

We’ll begin by learning the importance of the spine in Pilates and the five different movements you will be doing.


T - Total Body

In this module, I will show you how to create a two-way stretch for improved flexibility, lengthened muscles, and overall range of movement.


R - Rhythm

You’ll discover rhythm types & breathing techniques to build strength and stamina


O - Own it

Learn how to “own” your Pilates practice to create well-rounded, mindful movement habits that go beyond the studio - so you can move anytime, anywhere.


N - Number of reps

You will be challenged to increase the intensity of your reps - aiming for progress, quality, and consistent improvement.


G - Total Body

In our last module, I will work with you from my mat where it all comes together - spine shapes, stretches, rhythm, reps, and owning your Pilates practice for the long haul.

Hey there, I’m Sharon!

Your online course instructor, accountability partner, and enthusiastic cheerleader! Welcome to my Pilates community - home to real bodies on real journeys towards their healthiest selves. 

For the last ten years, I’ve used my Classical Pilates expertise to teach thousands of people, just like you, the power of mindful movement. In fact, my favorite saying goes something like  “Ain’t no body like a Pilates body”. It’s corny, punny, and absolutely true!

I believe that everything worth knowing takes time to learn. Give me 8 weeks and I’ll give you the knowledge & tools to reach your health and fitness goals. But this course is only the beginning of your Pilates journey. It’s a foundation to inspire a nourished transformation. Body, mind, and soul.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I can't attend the live calls?

I get it - life happens! So don’t worry if you can’t attend a live call. All sessions will be recorded and uploaded to your program portal so you can watch them when it’s most convenient for you. 

Is this program really worth the money?

Investing in yourself is a big deal! Most people struggle to change to see the difference between cost and investment. It’s normal to feel fear (or worse yet, scepticism) because at the core, they don’t believe they are worthy of positive change. Well, I’m here to tell you that YOU ARE! And we’ve got 8  weeks of growth ahead of us. 

When do the live calls take place?

Live calls take place Tuesdays + Thursdays at 10:30AM PST (I’m a West Coast gal!)

What equipment do I need to take this course?

I like to keep things as simple and stress-free as possible. For this course, you will need a Pilates/Yoga mat, a foam roller, and a flex band. A fitness circle or Pilates ball is also helpful! 

Do you offer refunds?

Since this is a live program, I do not offer refunds. If you’re feeling called to take this course (and jumpstart your transformation), trust your instincts. As a certified Classical Pilates instructor with over a decade of teaching experience, I stand by my work and the value it brings to clients.
