Grey hair

I feel proud to be aging gracefully and letting my hair grow grey. I want to celebrate this luxury.

I refuse to participate in the narrative that grey hair makes you look old and that the only way to age these days is to try and reverse it.

I am happy to let my skin crinkle and my hair grow wild. This is what wisdom looks like, and I am grateful every day I experience it.

Every grey strand reminds me of the life I have lived and the lessons I have learned. They are like my own personal roadmap, leading me back to myself again and again.

So, thank you, grey hair. Thank you for reminding me of my strength, resilience, and growth capacity. If you see me out and about with my grey hair, please know that I am revelling in my age and that growing grey is a celebration of a well-lived life.
