Can’t make it to one of my in-person classes? No problem! I offer online sessions that you can do from the comfort of your own home. These classes are great for anyone who wants the convenience of working out on their own schedule.
I bring all the necessary equipment to your home so that you can have a private, customized session in the comfort of your own space. This is a great option for those who are new to Pilates or who want to focus on specific goals.I am certified on all pieces of pilates equipment. I service Penticton, Naramata, Summerland.
Do you want to workout with your friends or family who have similar fitness goals? This is a great way to stay motivated and have fun while getting fit! I offer group private sessions for up to 4 people. You supply the space and I bring the equipment and the workout!
I offer corporate sessions for businesses who want to promote healthy living and wellness in the workplace. I will come to your office or teach virtually and lead a group of employees through a Pilates session that is tailored to their fitness levels. This is a great way to reduce stress, improve morale, and increase productivity in the workplace!
Started with Sharon on my Pilates journey over 2 years ago. Stayed with her through her transition from bricks and mortor gym to online and I must say the experience has been beneficial. Now with her live online classes and the online library and content I am able to do my Pilates daily and at my chosen time. Have been doing 6 to 7 times per week and the changes have been dramatic for me. Shed 15 lbs and keeping it off. My hip soreness is gone and I am enjoying the new trimmer firmer me.
