This course is for beginners. You don't have to have any experience with Pilates, just a willingness to move your body and feel better!

If you are already practicing Pilates, this course will take your practice to the next level by resetting some of the foundational patterns that may be causing you pain or keeping you from progressing in your current workout regimen. 

Each class builds on the last so that by the end of the 12 weeks, you will have a complete understanding of how to connect with your body and use Pilates as a tool for healing, strength, and flexibility both on and off the mat.
